Our Commitment

Millions of people from different backgrounds use Grubhub every day to order from their favorite restaurants, and we bring the same diversity and perspective to our everyday operations. At Grubhub, we celebrate differences and believe that our diversity strengthens our success.

We are committed to increasing diversity at all levels in our organization, as well as training and developing leaders that embrace all backgrounds and points of view. In this mission, we raise awareness around unconscious biases, and create safe spaces where people feel accepted and empowered—all with the help of our employee-led Voices Council and GrubConnect Groups.

 GrubConnect Groups

These employee-led resource groups are key to building diversity and increasing awareness, respect, inclusion and belonging within the workplace. All GrubConnect group members agree to foster and champion a culture of respect, integrity, and inclusion, and make a positive business impact through Talent, Culture and Marketplace initiatives.

BEACON
(Black Employee Affinity Culture Organizational Network)

BEACON builds a community around Black employees and their allies while amplifying their voices. Their main objectives include investing in the professional development of Black employees, attracting more diverse talent, supporting Black community organizations, and building a culture that fosters awareness, respect and inclusion in the workplace.

GAIN
(Grubhub Asian Impact Network)

GAIN is a community that aims to foster inclusivity, awareness, and support to the Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander members of the Grubhub family. Their goal is to celebrate cultural diversity in the workplace, foster the professional growth and representation of our members, and bring awareness and action to key issues that affect our communities.

GrubPride

GrubPride connects LGBTQIA+ individuals and their allies with a united mission to share their culture, create more opportunities for professional development, attract new talent and promote inclusion in the workplace.

UNIDOS

UNIDOS is a community that celebrates and elevates the many LatinX and Hispanic cultures represented at Grubhub. Their goal is to create an environment that welcomes more diversity into the workplace, fosters the professional growth of our existing members, and brings awareness to key issues that affect our community.
